Refurbishment of Siemens C651

Ok, so this news maybe a bit old now, but the C651 classic engines are walking into history. The first train has officially done its refurbishment (217/218) and what it is left with now is just its test on the main line. Expected to begin running from mid-2017, we can expect a lot from it, but what can we see that is different from all other trains?

Better service is a must, that is an of course. Looking at this, I really miss the red-white-red livery.

Featured here is 225/226 arriving Ang Mo Kio (Platform B)
